By using AutoRoute, you agree to these Terms.

AutoRoute is a link shortening and routing platform that allows users to create and manage smart links.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoRoute to:

  • Share or promote illegal content
  • Distribute malware or harmful software
  • Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Mislead users through redirects or link behaviour
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • The content and destinations of the links you create
  • Any data you collect through AutoRoute (e.g. email capture)
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws (including data protection laws)

AutoRoute does not control or take responsibility for third-party content or destinations.

5. Availability

AutoRoute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or performance, and no service level agreement (SLA) is provided.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

AutoRoute may offer paid plans billed via Stripe.

  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

All payments are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRoute shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
